The Perfect Mix~1

Sometimes you just find the perfect combination. A little bit of this with a little bit that and bam you have that perfect lip color or skin care treatment. I'm a big fan of mixing combos together sometimes (most of the time) it can be a hot mess but on the odd occasion that I get it right I will let you guys know on the posts titled "The Perfect Mix".
Lately when it comes to makeup I just want it to last,I want to achieve it quickly and not use to many products. The Pixi Lid Last Shadow Pens have come in handy, a quick swipe and I am out the door, but add an eyeshadow over top and we now have a game changer. The Pixi Lid Shadow Pen in Mocha Muave and MACs eye shadow in Patina are beautiful together. Patina has always been an odd color for me to explain, depending on your complexion, it can pull to more of a warm taupe and on some people it looks more gold. On me its a beautiful taupey gold color that blends out beautifully into a softer brown. The brush of choice has been the Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush. Real Techniques is known for their amazing face brushes and not so hot eye brushes, but I think this brush is definitely being overlooked. Flat on the sides to pack and build the color and then fluffy on the top to blend the color out. Two brushes in one. Hopefully soon I will start to give my other eyeshadows some love but this combo is beautiful and effortless, so for now, I'll stay faithful.

Any makeup or skin care combination suggestions?
