The Pamper & Prep ~ Good Reads

There's nothing like getting completely lost in a book. Allowing my imagination to do its thing when I'm reading is one of the best feelings (next to buying makeup). I usually try to read throughout the week but sometimes life just gets in the way. Sundays are the days I spend hours curled up with a blanket reading. I have few recommendations for my fellow book worms.

~ City of Fallen Angels ~ Book Four to the Mortal Instruments Series. Loving this book series although I heard the movie wasn't the best , the books are amazing. The idea behind the series is unique, very Davinci Code with a sprinkle of The Vampire Diaries and a small touch of Lord of the Rings. Like all three of those , you'll love this series.

~ Allegiant ~ The final installment to the Divergent series. I have literally been waiting a year for this book to finally come out. Its been so long that I am thinking about rereading the first two (yep its that serious). Without giving too much away its a dystopian themed book (which are my favorites), this one happens to be set in Chicago, where the city is divided into factions, each the name of a virtue. Sixteen year olds each year have to select a faction, in which they will have to spend the rest of their lives. This serious has so many twist and turns it drove me crazy, it reminds me a lot of The Maze Runner series (can you tell I like a good series).

~ A Song of Ice and Fire ~ I am on the fourth book, A Feast for Crows, but most of you may recognize this series as A Game of Thrones (which is the first book). I just want to say it is taking me forever to get through these books. Literally. Really great series, very very long books.

What are you currently reading? Would love some recommendations!
