The Review ~ Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Brow Mousse

I've been having a brow moment as of recently. Constantly wanting to test everything brow related on these beasts above my eyes. I know thick brows are "in" but I actually prefer a thinner more natural looking brow. Thanks to the benefits of threading, my curly eyebrows stay pretty tamed, but when I am doing dramatic makeup or know that I will be going out at night I like to fill my brows in to add a bit of color and definition. Here's the newest addition to my brow stash.

This extremely small pot packs a punch! The Tarte Brow Mousse in Rich Brown takes a while to get used to, especially if you are a brow pencil fan. The consistency is light and airy which is nice, so not as opaque as say something with a gel texture, but the color payoff is insane. The first couple of times I used this my brows were looking way too thick and overdone, not ok. Finally I got the hang of it. A little goes along way, even if you don't think you have enough on your brush, trust me you do, and a light hand is the best way to apply this. Don't press too hard on your brow or it will look unnatural. Once you get the technique down this product is wonderful. Lasts all day on the brows, looks natural, and its matte so it doesn't leave that weird shine many creamier products tend to do. If you have the patience to test this product out I'd say go for it.

What's your favorite brow product?
