Loving Lately

12/3/14

There are few things I am currently enjoying.....

Warm Matte Eyes & Vampy Lips
The Lorac Unzipped Palette, specifically the last four shades on the right. Something about this combination I have really been enjoying. The rosy warmth that these shades give to the eyelid are not only flattering for my complexion but compliment the season. I have worn this eye look day or night paired with a smokey eyeliner and I'm set. For my night time looks when I have been wanting to vamp it up, I've been reaching for Kat Von D Homeboy...every. single.time. A bordeaux red that leans on the brown side, this lipstick is niiiiccceeee, and for being a satin finish the wear time is good, only having to reapply after I have demolished a burger.

A Mascara I Didn't Want to Like
Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Mascara is an all rounder. It lengthens, it volumizes, and it gives me extreme black color. The packaging is beautiful, the product doesn't flake or dry out too quickly...it just gets it right. I have been consistently reaching for this mascara over the last couple of weeks and every time I use it I am surprised at how well it performs all over again. Why don't I want to like it? The price. Lets just leave it at that.

Fall TV
I love all the highly talked about shows...Scandal, Black-ish, Blacklist, etc. Here are two shows I don't hear people talk about as much, but I am loving them!

Reign- why? why is this so good?...if your a lover of somewhat inaccurate historical dramas, with slices of creepiness...yea start watching this, Season 1 is on Netflix...thank me later.

The 100- if your a lover of dystopian themed books/tv shows...you'll appreciate this.

Taking Baths
I recently have rediscovered the art of soaking in a bath, with a candle lit...and it is everything.

What have you been loving recently?
